Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia hosting Control Panel is a normal accessory only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is delivered as a gift. With Hepsia you can host unlimited web site names in a single web hosting account. This is feasible because of Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager section. The other hosting CP platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable solely in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must have 2 autonomous accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain name registration/transfer/management solutions. If you choose Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no web hosting CP option.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all offered hosting CP devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your top level domain names in a single web hosting account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP tools do not offer such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and this is why they necessitate TWO separate web hosting user accounts: one domain name management/billing/support user account and one web site management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).
Operating System 3 - you will see that the Hepsia hosting CP can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting CP tools are available only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
